Shortly on the market our much-loved renovation project!
The Stone House was bought in 2007 and has been lovingly renovated over the years by Simon and Andy. Found in the quiet deserted village of Koloni, where only 5 or 6 small stone houses lie, the house is believed to be over 100 years old and one of the first to be restored. Three minutes by car leads you to the popular coastal village of Nidri where there is an abundance of restaurants and shops and from where you can explore the surrounding islets. The smaller rural village of Rahi is even closer and boasts a traditional taverna open in the summer months.
The ground floor consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom with underfloor heating throughout. The first floor boasts a large bright kitchen and living area with open ceiling, toilet and a place for a wood burning stove. Plans are to add a balcony to the front of the property where there will also be space for parking and a small patio garden.
